I like smiling at people first thing when I am walking my dogs !
Even on a rainy day ! It works wonders !

Well, how sweet it is to get in an electric wheelchair and go tooling around. My dogie and I love to walk and go to pond. We sit and watch the movement of trees, the ducks, and we love the reflections of trees on water. My dogie knows when it is sprinkling outside and insists on going for a walk. We love walking when there is a light sprinkle outside. So many people miss so much and do not know nor care what they are missing.

Quality time with my cat and the accomplishment of something (running an extra mile, learning a new accounting principle, increasing my weight in weightlifting class), and not overeating.

Being able to bury my nose in the top of my very big German Shepherd's head and just inhale him....all the worries of the day seem to fade away.
