Its about 1 dollar to 140 Naira (check ur calculators right before you go though).
Negotiate to get the best rate ( they always jack up the rates for tourists/foreigners, they might offer you as low as 135 Naira for your dollar ) and be ready to walk away from any money changer...theres always a bunch of them around.

Make sure you have a guide all the time.
Be very alert 24-7
Don't go of with any strangers alone no matter how friendly
Don't just go of with anyone that has a sign with your name at the airport: ask them detailed questions that only your host can know.(People have been kidnapped that way).

Lagos can be a very fun place for tourists, but it can also be very dangerous for careless and even not so careless people.
