Chemo is a harsh treatment and that is why doctors will give you meds to counter the side effects. I would take those before any natural remedy. No sense in feeling horrible.

For nausea, you can try an herbal remedy with ginger. This seems to help some patients. B vitamins have been shown anecdotally to help with neurophathies, another side effect of chemotherapy. The biggest problem is fatigue, and I know of no natural remedies for that, besides take frequent naps, and prescribed medicine to prevent and treat anemia. What side effect in particular are you talking about?

If you are in a state where Medical Marijuana is legal that is the best thing. It will stop the nausea and give you an appetite. If it is not there is also cannibis in a pill for that the physician can prescribe. I am in no way telling you to use the drug illegally. I used it when I was doing chemo in 2000 and it really worked wonders.

Possibly none really. Chemotherapy CAN be pretty harsh on some. I'd say eat healthy and stay active daily.
