You mean SOLICITING...and Yes it is.
You can report that activity, but that depends on the rules of your workplace...

No it is not soliciting that would mean that they were trying to sell religion. The word that I believe that you are looking for is proselytizing which is the attempts to convert a person from one point of view to another.
