I'd go with Harriet - Stacey sounds a bit Chavvish. If the girl ends up in a professional career, Harriet sounds a lot better. How many lawyers / doctors / company directors etc etc do you hear called Stacey?

Stacey is fine for a little girl but Harriet is more grown up. I know a Harriet who's called Harry.

Stacey. Harriet is just terrible. What if people call her Harry for short. That's not a name I would want as a man, much less a women.

Harriet, But if you are American and patriotic then Stacey is a very very American name. I'm not sure i have ever encountered a Stacey who wasn't American.....
Go for Harriet. Much nicer

I don't really like the name Stacey as i know a few girls with this name who i don't particularly like so i would say Harriet defo....I also like the fact that you could shorten this to Harry which i think is a very funky name for a girl.....
