First use either 80/20 or 85/15 You need some fat for flavor. Then the simplest way for you is to mix Lipton dry onion soup mix in with the ground beef. Make into patties and grill (flame-broil). These are very good even without any condiments and you could embellish a little more next time

black angus beef has a better flavor, get something better quality than ground beef, perhaps ground sirloin. chop fresh garlic and herbs to mix with the patties..........you can also stuff hamburger with cheese, chili, or almost anything. simply make two very thin patties then put together by pinching the outside trapping the filling within. grilling is best but a george foreman grill works in a pinch just fine...........ok gotta go to acme and get some meat now i'm hungry too! lololol

Start with excellent meat: free range non-steroid cattle.
Go to the best butcher in town and get what they recommend; I use part ground sirloin and part ground chuck. You want a little fat.
We either cook on the Weber kettle or pan fry.
Serve with fresh Kaiser rolls, lettuce & onion. Can't go wrong.

Each person will like something different, but generally you can
increase the likeability by using grated onion, salt and pepper in the mix. Use only high quality ground beef. The onion keeps the meat moist and tenderizes it from inside.

I'm real simple when it comes to my burgers. I grill them. I put Tiger seasoning on both sides while grilling. Melt some cheese on there, maybe a little bacon and some ketchup and I'm good to go!!

for my section, what i prefer to do is make a container of range accurate stuffing, enable it cool, and combine that into my floor pink meat before making patties out of them. a touch intense in salt yet very tasty. if you're conversing about save-offered burgers, those are already really intense in salt even regardless of the reality that they style bland. it really is what cheese and condiments are for. I also prefer to operate caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms to accurate my burgers.

i like to add some cheese right in the middle of the patty while i'm forming the patty, you could cook both ways depends on what you want to do.
and for what to put on it that's up to your taste, but i like mustard.catsup.lettuce,onions a must, and what every you have or like, and a whole wheat bun.
