some women have the facial features that look great with a shaved head or really ultra short haircut. I think that it is a great look for the right individual, and certainly sets them apart from the masses of women who basically just let there hair hang there at shoulder length.

Depends on the person: Look at demi moore and natalie portman, they both looked hot, but they were hot before they shaved their heads. It would be a big no no if u had a weird shaped head. I would say its more a fashion statement than being hot

They are NOT hot at all. I cant imagine to see a girl with a shaved head.

Why would a girl want to?

This would depend on the person and the clothes and the lifestyle.
It can be great or not so great depending on the individual, and what else they do and how they behave....

If they do that for a movie ( see Natalie Portman) it's OK. But otherwise it's not so hot!
