I woke up yesterday with this pain in my left eye: I feel the pain only when I try to turn it to the extreme left, right or top. It intensifies when I take a nap or when I sleep (It did when I woke up today). I also felt like I have a bit of a sore throught today, alone with the left eye thing...
Can anyone tell me what's happening?! This is probably common...

I suspect that this is related to something I did 3 days ago: I took a shower, and stayed with just my boxers on in my room with the window open for like an hour...

You probably just have a stye, which is caused from a bacteria or virus. You could also have conjunctivitis (pink eye). But, if it continues, I would see a physician or optometrist/opthamologist to make sure it's not anything more serious.

A-Are you working in the place where there is UV light? If yes then go to the doctor and they will give the medicine.
B-Some times a small hair can grow in one of your eyes. So, check for this.
C-If there is some one who has eye problem, then avoid the contact with him.

possibly you have high blood pressure and maybe a stroke . so see a doctor.
