if you suggest pills or the doctor, don't bother.
my GF and I are very spiritual in nature and plan on meditating together.
Today, interestingly enough, i will be going to my first yoga meditation class.

I rarely have dreams. I sleep hard and wake up refreshed every day.
as a child I had dreams of "deja vu". they stopped when i was about 18.
I just moved to a new house/apartment, and things "feel" ok
...
I'm in a dark area watching the mid section of a naked woman (I don't have a body).
I see the side of her body, and in front of her, is another man (his head only).
He grins, because I know he's about ready to have some "fun"
at first, i felt that it was a reflection of me, but he doesn't look like me
i look at his eyes, and his eyes change.
the pupils start to go elongated, and i get a STRONG sense of evil.
then I woke up.
Felt scared and feeling very invaded.
Like as if that person was someone, or something that came into my dream,
as if he wasn't part of my dream.

The Apostle Paul said to pray without ceasing, because we
have adversaries many. Not just spirits that are bad, but people
who are turning more and more to the Dark Arts.
I usually try to deal with these things by myself. Hoping it will
make me stronger. But since going public, I find myself coming
more and more under psychic attack. I suggest prayer. Calling
on Holy names of power won't work if you wait till the last minute.
Some say don't call the Holy Spirit when under psychic attack,
because it will give the attacking entity more power. It's okay
to invoke the Holy Spirit, but not when under direct attack.
Just call on Almighty God and Jesus Christ.

spiritual you say? well you didn't really ask a question...but to think that someone invaded your dream is a smart first response.
In high school in my psychology class I learned once that there are three reasons for dreaming. One of them was to process your newly learned information, another is to clean out the old none utilized information and the third reason was to process your ideas and thoughts...i think. Well in this dream I think you were seeing your self being evil and you realized that its not something you like and want to be...so it took a dream to show you this.

Do you have any enemies who could do something like this? Dreamwalking is an effectively terrifying invasion, where someone consciously projects themselves (or something else) into someone else's dream. I've been victim to it before and it's awful...
