I'm not sure they have a definitive IQ test for toddlers. I guess intelligence could be rated by an educator or psychologist. But really, at toddler age we should just let them be kids and not start the competitiveness and assigning values. That starts soon enough once they get to school. You know if your kid is smart, that's all that matters for now. If you are worried about learning difficulties or something like that then there is lots of assistance out there to help a child get on track. Just read to your kid every day, get fresh air, play with your kid, and things will come along the way they are supposed to.

Expertrating.com has a test for 4-6 year olds. That is the youngest age I have seen. It is an on line test. You get the results immediately. Then they send you a certificate in the mail within 3-5 weeks. This site has tests for all ages and does testing for employers and other things so I think they are good. The test is about $10.00. My son just turned 6 and he took the 4-6 year old test. It was pretty quick. You just read the question to them and the answers and they tell you which one. Some are pictures which is even easier. Good Luck. I couldn't find a free on line IQ test anywhere.

They do have tests to see if your child is on track they are called RDSI's and I can't remember exactly what it stands for but I know developmental skills is a part of it anyway.....my daughter was 10 weeks premature and the county health department in my town has a nurse that can come to your home and track your child's progress as far as weight, height, health and etc... part of it was that she did these little tests to see how she did and they were very basic like if she would try to pick a cheerios out of a small glass bottle and if she could stack blocks very basic stuff and that is how they tell if they are on track or behind or even ahead so you could call your local health department and as if they have a social services nurse and if he/she does provide this type of testing. I think her title was home health pediatric nurse or something to that effect.

There are not digital I.Q. test for toddlers. What you need to do if you wan't one is to learn how to program, get a touch screen and write the program yourself (then sell the program and make millions of $).

Not necessary.
They don't have any knowledge for their survival yet.
They must go through it when they are in school before their teen age.

yes they do, should be available at most book stores / on line BUT please be very careful of giving it and reading too much into the results good or bad...................if you feed their knowledge then they will be as good as they can be you dont need a test for that...............
