Acura TL is the best car for the money of the three you mentioned. It's better quality than the BMW. About same quality as the Lexus, but lower price.

The BMW is a great car, no doubt there. But it all depends on what your buying the car for. If you wanted all out performance of course you would go with the BMW M3. But if you were goign with the base type model, I would suggest taking a look at the Acura TL. Its a spectacular all around car, safe, reliable, relitivly quick, and handles like a mofo. ALSO pending apon what year you are looking at may be a little cheaper. Best you can do is read some reviews, search online. Its an source of unlimited resources!

I think you should get the Acura. Its the least expensive of the 3, superb sound system, really luxurious and has more more (in the front and the back) than the BMW and the Lexus. And the Acura is really safe.
BMWs usually have a lot of minor problems and I think it costs a lot more to maintain.
