No, there are no animal sacrifices practiced among most modern Jews...
Perhaps when the "third temple" is built animal sacrifices may resume.

No sacrifices after the Temple was destroyed. It says in Hosea 14:3 "Take with you words, and return unto the LORD; say unto Him: 'Forgive all iniquity, and accept that which is good; so will we render for bullocks the offering of our lips." - this means that today, prayer substitutes for sacrifices.
In fact, many of the prayers explicitly refer to sacrifices, as a substitute.

There are currently no open to the public sacrifices to date. The time of sacrifices have passed away.

I have heard that some still do sacrifices at the Wailing Wall....I don't know for sure, though.

Well, as long as the Muslims maintain that the site of the "third temple" is theirs exclusively and are as ready to defend it to the death as they are now, it's highly unlikely it will ever get built withing the next century.
How do you like that: By keeping the temple site in their hands, the Muslims are preventing the end of the world. Praise Allah!
