Do some yoga daily in the morning (20 to 30 minutes). If you live in a multi storey building, climb the ladders instead of using the lift.

Let me tell you straight out! If there was a safe a pill that really worked; everybody would be using it by now, There is nothing better than to exercise. Don't be lazy and be realistic; EXERCISE!!!!!!! It is the only safe and only thing that really works

Its a heridity problem. & if your parents have obesity then its difficult. but you can try it by some ditinf & exercise.

take fruits veg .more more protein,less fat, exercise a lot, work, dont sleep more than 8 hours
