Ihave them for years and want to know if it may be some fixable skin condition. Their not acne and the skin is not fry and flakey.

They are on the top side of my arms not the underside. They are slightly patchie and are always there. Their not sore/itchy and cause no discomfort only their ugly lol

Well, I would actually have to see them to properly diagnose them. Do they itch or cause any discomfort? Do they disappear and return (certain times of the year)? Are they on the backs of your arms or all over?

Well, it could be something called Molluscum contagiusum. Look this up under Yahoo images and see if it looks like it.
