It's not in me to say I have met a "boring person". I might disagree or dislike someone, but that doesn't mean they are boring. Everyone is different and I look to meet different people hoping to learn something new....

My girlfriend and I were like that to start. We were each VERY shy (particularly her) and so there was a lot of awkward silence when we first met. As we got to know each other (common friends) we got more comfortable and the chemistry really become to develop. Sometimes things just take time to surface.

Absolutely! It usually just means they are shy or don't let their true selves show at first. Personally, I love people like this. They seem to always be intelligent, thoughtful and have a great sense of themselves.

Some people are shy, so they seem boring, but once they open up, they are like totally different refreshing people.
