First of all, the fact that your are underweight is going to keep you from having as high of a potential for developing diabetes. But, there is a higher chance if members of your family have diabetes. Exercise is the best thing you can do in this case. Even if you are underweight, exercise is good.....it is good for everyone! Weight lifting will also be a good option for someone underweight. Also, just cut back on carbs and starches, fried foods, fatty meats, and saturated fats.

Anthing does not exceed 1000 calorie per day. Ofcourse, 30 min excercise.
