My Boy Friend is facing a very bad period of time. He works but he's not happy at all where he works and also not happy with his salary. I tried to help him about finding another job but it seems not going well with him. It's been almost 3 months where he works but not happy at all.
I'm afraid he's going through a slight depression. I don't remember seeing him smiling or laughing. I don't know what to do to make him feel better. Is it a bad luck or something else?I don't know.
Please tell me what can we do. coz this affecting everything in his life.Sometimes I feel it could affect us since we r trying hard to be married!

You won't be able to change his thinking if he himself doesn't want to. It has to come from within, for him to stop his depression and do something about it! What you can do is to support him in his actions.
Discuss with him the different alternatives he can take, the pluses and minuses of each alternative. This will take his mind off his depression into a state of mind to seek solutions!
If he doesn't want to help himself, then you can decide whether you can live with such a weak character as your partner. The choice is yours to make!

You should set aside some time to talk about how each of you feel and how your day has been. Be supportive of him and reassuring. Try to pin point the exact problem, then try to develop some solutions. Figure out which solution would work the best.
