I have positive thoughts because of my parents' love. Friends, teachers and people I meet make me ambitious. Books help me to change my way of thinking, and my curiousity allows me to see and experience new things when I travel.

My parents' love inspired my positive outlook, and my friends, my teacher, and the people I meet drive my ambition. Books have changed my thinking and travel has broadened my horizons and expanded my curiosity.

That might be a little beyond your level, but I would at least change "from my parents' love" to something more specific like "because of my parents' love". "Thinkings" isn't much of a word--say "thoughts" or use the verb "think". Whatever "makes you ambitious" must be a person (or thing) not "from" a person. If it's more than one person (as here), say "make", not "makes".
You don't need "the" before either "books" or "travel", because you're talking about those things in general.
I'm not sure what "be curious" is meant to mean. Is it another way (besides travel) that you see new things, or is it another result (besides seeing new things) of travel?

So the closest grammatically-correct version of your text would be something like:

Because of my parents' love, I have positive thoughts, and my friends, my teacher and people I meet make me ambitious. I change my thoughts because of impressions from books, and see new things from travel and being curious.

(Or: and see new things and become more curious, from travel.)

As a result of my parents' love, I have positive thoughts. I have learned to be ambitious from my friends, teachers and people I meet. I sometimes change my way of thinking after reading books. My curiosity allows me to see new things when I travel.

Your construction begged to be shot. Please rephrase your sentences, dear. You may want to consider saying "My parents have helped developed my positive thinking. My friends and teachers have inspired me to be ambitious. I discover and learn new things from reading books and travelling."
