Healthy diet w/ lots of fruits and veggies, but now and then also try conditioning your hair with ( I know, grossssssssssss!) mayonaise and also a beer as well. Sometimes the hair has to soak the good stuff in from the outside as well. A hot oil treatment isn't a bad idea , occasionally , as well.

regrettably all you're able to do is shrink your hair some 0.5 inch or so above the place the wear and tear is well-known. To slow injury by no potential brush moist hair, yet a young job with a comb does nice. additionally, brush hair till now showering. try finding a boar bristle brush, it provides extra shine and softness. positioned your hair up as low as achieveable and not too tightly as which will tension and dry out hair. I additionally examine someplace that employing coconut oil makes hair tender and that i these days tried including aloe gel to atypical yet sturdy consequences. you apart from would would desire to trim your hair each and every 6 weeks or something of the like.
