Healthy diet w/ lots of fruits and veggies, but now and then also try conditioning your hair with ( I know, grossssssssssss!) mayonaise and also a beer as well. Sometimes the hair has to soak the good stuff in from the outside as well. A hot oil treatment isn't a bad idea , occasionally , as well.

shampoo minimall----daily shampooing is not advisable. shampoo strips it natural oils. choose shampoo for dry and damaged hair
conditioner you hair--- dry hair and split ends can benefited greatly by the use of conditioner after shampooing .conditioners glues back the cuticled to the hair shaft and lubricates them.
avoid heat--------heat appliances like hair dryers, electric hair curlers,etc. replaced electri curlers with unheated plastic curlers. or use sponge rollers overnignht to give you a wavy appearance.
cover your head----wear hat or scarves during windy days and during hot summer days.
cut off split ends-----every 6 weeks or so cutting off split ends to help them under control

use mahndi & oil with whey Ok Then wash the hair after 2 hours with water & any shampoo i like No One

the only thing you can do to get rid of split ends is cut them off!!! but to smooth them get a deep conditioning treatment.

mayonnaise fresh out of the jar! it has loads of cholesterol in it and that is EXCELLENT for hair!
