you have tight neck muscle tissues making your throat sore. The muscle tissues press into your throat with sufficient tension to capture your tongue and that tension is in all probability inflicting that white spot to boot. To get rid of the discomfort you will desire to unencumber your neck muscle tissues and right here's a thank you to unfastened them up: Neck launch: place your palms at the back of your head touching your palms. Press into the back of your neck with them and carry the strain on them. After 40 5 seconds slowly decrease your head till your neck is totally prolonged. launch the strain yet carry your head there for yet another 30 seconds. For maximum suitable consequences loosen up your physique first via taking a deep breath and exhaling then stay this unstressed.

It could be strep-throat or just a bad sinus infection. (Both can produce white spots on your tonsils. Strep is NOT the only thing. My bad sinus infections do that to my throat.) It could also be other small infections. You'll just have to wait til you see the doc.

Go to your doctor...NOT an ENT!
Took my child in for lumps on the tongue and the Dr. put the tongue depressor in and out and said "That's the taste buds way in the back of the tongue" NO KIDDING $120 to find that out! OK then why the pain? "Hmmm, would you like some antibiotic?... That might help?"
I was actually looking for a camera??? Are you for real, I said. I just shook my head...

Best to see your doctor for a diagnosis. White spots sometimes means strep throat for which your doctor will prescribe antibiotics.

Its usually Strep, but the white blisters Usually hurt like HELL whenever you try to swallow. If you are doped up on several cold meds, you might not notice, or the blisters may not have "popped" yet...
