i think that was what i went thru. my ex as of today again, has manipulated me for 2 years. he played so many games it was unreal. is that a sign of abuse? he would always say he loved me and at the same time be ignoring how i feel. he would say things to me and then the next time he would say the total oppisite.it went on like this for a while. he would say he is trying to change and then later would say he isnt doing anything to me. was i being abused?

Yes, you were mentally abused. This guy did it to me for over a year. The sad thing is, part of me knew what was going on, just like I'm sure you did.

Yes, but it profoundly saddens me that you even have to ASK if you were being abused.
I have to see women stay in relationships like that on a daily basis.
Stay away from men for a while until you start seeing what makes a REAL man.
