I'm not sure about all the effects of anti-depressants although I once dated a woman who was on them and she was emotionally all over the place, not predictable in not a very good way I'm afraid.
This need not be the way with the person you're considering but I suspect a degree of caution is required and as you move through the dating phases I would take extra special care when increasing your relationship commitments.
I'm no expert but anti depressants do have a nulling effect it seems so the good and bad moments are less and the medium moments are more.
One of the beautiful things about being in a relationship is it magnifies our emotions and I suspect being in a relationship with a person on anti-depressants will not be emotionally satisfying as if that same person didn't need the anti depressants.
I don't equate being on anti-depressants as someone who is on steady ground and that is the place for strong commitments to come from. But hell you're not in this place if you have just started dating.
So to date or not to date, life isn't that straightforward, there are always pros and cons with dating somebody. It's in the sum of the package of who that person is, not the individual parts. If it's a close run thing with a.n.other and you're picking who to date might be worth dating a.n.other as first option.
Go for it if you like her and well done for keeping your eyes open instead of jumping headlong into a relationship without considering who you're relating to and whether it's going to work.

I'm married to one. So, yes I would. There are many reasons why some people need antidepressants. Talk to her.

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest. But she shouldn't tell her date this type of personal thing, it's inappropriate.
And if she TOLD me she was on antidepressants, I'd stay WELL clear. Emotional baggage is a nightmare, who needs it?

Anyone who really loves or cares about you would yes, assuming your talking about yourself, love to me as defined in chasing amy of all things, though its never phrased like this is seeing perfection in imperfection, everyone is flawed but as the saying goes love is blind people who genuinely care will look past those flaws.
