No we had one on our door it just seemed to invite them to stay longer and try harder, it gets pretty annoying doesn't it? We are very happy with our faith and don't need to be bugged about it.

You keep re-asking this same question. Someone bothering you?

"No soliciting" = You don't want to buy anything.

Are these missionaries selling you something? Maybe you could be up front and honest with them and simply tell them not to come back?

Issues of freedom require that we deal with certain uncomfortable situations. Legal matters prevent us from locking out only a particular situation.
Example: You don't want missionaries, but what about Girl Scouts / Halloween, etc? You can move to a high security locality where they lock out everything. Live like they do in authoritarian lands where someone else tells you what to accept and deny.

These matters have been brought as high as the Supreme Court. You can't prevent someone from coming to your front door in a free land.

Best bet = level with the visitors / missionaries.

confident. Legally, inquiring for church club and/or money is blanketed in such signs and indicators. If a keep is published "inner maximum sources, no solicitation" then the witnesses would be sued for breaking the valuables regulations. comparable consisting of your place. You *can* sue. with the help of how, in my state of manhattan, gods bless it, it rather is soliciting in case you distribute even one scrap of paper. It has additionally been upheld in court docket right here at while you're dispensing paper yet don't have them available (am i able to deliver you a loose bible?) it rather is nevertheless soliciting, and that doing it to extend the club in a church is comparable to doing it for club individuals or different institutions.

Nope. But I hear that there's a no religion sign - has the universal red circle with slash through some ppl praying. If that doesn't get the message across, at least they had forewarning when you slam the door on them. :)

no but it gives you better grounds to kick them off of your property.

go to azuregreen.com they actually have a "No Bible Thumping"
sign and a "No religious Solicitation" sign.

however they will still knock. just do what i do......put up a sign that says

"Nudists inside, NOT responsible for anything you see after the door is opened".....

of course it helps if you open the door naked.

No, I recommend a pentagram on your door and a pit bull on your porch, and pepper spray just in case.

hang up a dead rotting body on your door. This will stop them, but then you have to worry about the cops constantly coming to your door.
