A few reasons:

In MOST situations, and obviously this is NOT one of them, English speakers are quite accepting of mistakes learners make (often because we ourselves would not want to have to learn their language).

English is very widely spoken and very much used on the Internet, so probably over half the world knows at least a phrase or two. This has NEVER been true of any other language. It also gives you lots of resources for learing more.

English has a straight-forward basic sentence structure (although questions are trickier!) and very little inflection (changes to the words depending on who did it, who owns it, what it describes).

What's not easy for learners is spelling! But you did spell "why" and "learn" correctly, and they are two examples of words that don't follow the spelling "rules". (Actually in your sentence only "at" follows the spelling rules!) You've probably had to learn them specifically--that's what native speakers have to do as well.

Anyway, good luck with your studies! I noticed that even though several posters disagreed with you, no one didn't understand you! Well done!

Kiss you! English not hard, but, what hurt most people is the many words we use that mean the same thing. Then you have to learn the "Slang Words" Things like; "She is Bitching, What's up?, Ya'll want to go swimming with these women? Who let the Dogs out?, Nice Yobbos Baby and a fine Caboose.
This what make it hard. Hoped I helped.

You mean "Why is it so hard to learn English?". It is hard because you have to immerse yourself in it, just to be able to learn rudimentary English. Then you will have to take classes and try to memorize as many words as you can to widen your vocabulary. Just remember, not all people speak proper English. There is a new language in America spoken by many African-Americans and uneducated, ignorant, and "wannabe blacks". It is called Ebonics, which is a bastardized form of English. Avoid trying to use that.

English is the most difficult language to learn, says experts. For the simple fact that with all the rules that we have we have words that break those rules.

well i think that English is really hard to learn it took me like 2 years to write English (not perfect) and it would take me more than 3 years to speak it. so if you think that learning English is easy you are wrong.
