this guy liked me from elementry and i now he doesnt go to my highschool but he got a hold of my msn and bothers me every single day... and i know he still likes me... so how should i ...technically..."reject" him?

First ask him to please stop harassing you? If you dont want to completely lose contact, try telling him you are seeing someone else?
If he doesnt get the hint, block him from your msn messenger, and block his email address from sending you emails too.
HMMM... OK just read your extra details...
The best way to let him know youre not interested (assuming he hasnt come out and told you straight out that hes keen) is to talk to him about other guys. Hell soon realise you see him as just a friend, and will eventually leave you alone.

You can never have too many friends, so tell him that you would love to have a friendship with him, but you are not interested in having a relationship with anybody right now. You are just taking care of you and concentrating on what you need to do at this time in your life.

The only way he will get the hint is to be direct---but in a nice way. You have to say "I'm flattered by you wanting to talk to me and all, but I just don't like you in that way. I"m sorry." Hopefully, he will get the hint. If he doesn't you may have to be bitchy so he truly gets it. It's a sticky situation, but being nice is only going to give him false hope.

He cant force u for anythings... so try and keep a chk on ur expressions towards him... put ur dicision to that guy in such a way that he realises that u r strong enough not to go for that guy... but before that chk with urself... if u really are...
