Both. One generally leads to the other. I don't lust after my boyfriend the way I used to, but I love him a hell of a lot more than I did when we first got together...

I see lust as basic animal instint to continue our species and love keeps us together once 'mating' is done. Love is compassion, love is companionship, love is part of what makes us get out of bed in the morning. Lust is just concerned with getting us into bed.

Lust is greater constructive and could kill relationships faster or later. this is because of the fact hormones are greater constructive than the ideas and coronary heart. That makes lust greater constructive. yet love is deeper because of the fact the courting has have confidence and mutual appreciate and love. you be responsive to precisely the place you stand.

lust is only wanting someone for their body and in a sexual way. Love is loving a person for their insides, their kind heart and soul and mind. There is a huge difference and there is love all around us. Love can be romantic, friendly, affectionate, etc. It doesn't just have to be in a romantic way. You can love your friends, family, spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, pet.
Please believe in love though my friend, because God loves us so smile!! :)
