As others have said, it could be athletes foot. Maybe, too, though, its just some irritation or other type of rash or skin condition. Also, severe dry skin and skin that is healing back after being irritated itch. Maybe your scratching has created more itching.
If you have athlete's foot you'd do better to get something specifically for that, but if you don't you could try applying some hydrocortisone cream (generic from your supermarket or drugstore is fine), and see if that helps. Hydrocortisone cream stops itch and makes some skin rashes disappear. If nothing else it may help the itch.
Whether what I've said is "wise medical advice" or not, I don't know. I just know hydrocortisone cream works on itches and some rash-like skin conditions.

You might have "athlete's foot." If so, you should get some Lamisil AT or Tinactin and apply it to your feet/toes as directed.

it is athelete's foot. get some gold bond medicated power. not the foot powder... also make sure to wash your feet and between your toes well everyday. good luck
