take out pakistan and raise a better democratic govt there then we can handle terror attacks in india and destroy terrorist training camp in pakistan and for those who dont know india has been fighting cross-border terrorism than anyother country in the world

Send troops to Afganistan. The guys that the U.S. is fighting in Afganistan are the same guys attacking India, mercenaries for hire, nothing more. Remember the Taliban fled into Pakistan through Tora Bora, they probably never came back. They just bribed people to go to fight in Afganistan. The bribe money is probably opium money from Afganistan. Take away the opium and kill the mercenaries in Afganistan, the enemy will have less money and troops to attack India.

good question, India need extensive network of intel agencies, RAW, IB, CBI, Military Intel and State Police have to cooperate with each other, also "quick reaction teams" like NSG are needed to raid terror cells before they can do any thing, also by strengthening border policing
