Firstly...fighting terrorism is a long process. And it becomes longer if someone is harbouring those terrorists. Anyone inside India has any hand in terrorism...then all his assests should be confiscated and his family should be barred from taking part in any democratic process. This policy should be made known to everyone...and acted upon strictly.
There should also be a special squad to assasinate these terrorists who are hiding in other countries...that are not co operating with India. And most importantly...there should be strong political leadership...which is not afraid to make tough decisions....but not make stupid decisions either.

The problem of terrorists is global. All nations had to put up with it because the basic problem of owning Palestine is not getting resolved. Some people want this to continue so that they can be economically benefitted by getting oil, sell arms for those who want to fight AMONG THEMSELVES, and market their products in the process otherwise not known many parts of the world.
Basic cause of Palestine must be resolved. Who will bell the cat?
