No mighty it is Lasagna! Heres one for you, my wife makes it all the time and its very simple! You will need:

1 box of Lasagna noodles
1 can or jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1-2 lbs. of ground beef depending on your taste.
1 small can of mushrooms only if you like them
1 medium onion if you like them
1 package each of grated mozarella and mild chedder cheese
1 tub of ricotta cheese (can be deleted if you don't like)
1 tub of cottage cheese if you like

brown ground beef and onions in a skillet while bringing water to a boil for the lasagna noodles. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms to your ground beef and onions when it is done. Simmer until ready to assemble lasagna. Boil noodles until tender. Line bottom of baking dish with one layer of noodles and coat with some of the sauce mixture, add another layer of noodles and sauce, and on this layer add some ricotta or cottage cheese if you like. If not add a little bit of the cheddar and mozarella. Continue adding the layers of noodles and sauce. Before you put the last layer of noodles on add more ricotta or cottage cheese if you like and the cheddar and mozarella. Add the last layer of noodles and top off with remainder of sauce. Make sure you have enough cheddar and mozarella left over to top the lasagna off with a thick layer of cheese. bake in oven until the cheese is melted or lightly browned if you like. It is a really big lasagna. so I hope you are serving alot of people or have a really big appetite! My wife has been making it for years and I love it. I save it and eat it as leftovers for a couple days. You might have to adjust some of the ingredients above more or less to your taste. You will love it I promise!

Different lasagna's have different recipes. I don't cook lasagna, but I searched for "vegetarian lasagna" on www.google.com and got many results returned. I'm too scared to go to the websites because of viruses and things on the Internet but maybe when you're in the library you can go to a website with such a recipe and see if you like the recipe. Or take a chance and visit one on your home computer.

It depends on how much work and time you want to invest. A quick easy recipe is:
No-boil lasagne noodles, jarred spaghetti sauce, meat (whatever you like, browned hamburger, browned Italian sausage, browned ground turkey), and the cheeses. Ricotta (or cottage cheese), mixed with an egg, some parsley, and some parmesan, and a grind or two of pepper. A couple bags of pre-grated mozzarella completes your grocery list. Start with some sauce on the bottom, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozz, more sauce, noodles, etc. until you run out (probably 3-4 layers). Finish with the mozz, and a layer of parmesan. Bake for an hour or so, until it's browned and bubbly. Let it sit for a few minutes before you try to cut it.
But if you want to go over the top, you will have to make your own sauce, roll your own noodles, etc. How far do you want to go with this?
