Beautiful means attractive. It can apply to a person, a painting, a poem, anything well done. A beautiful woman.
Lovely has a similar meaning, perhaps to a lesser degree. It is not quite as high a compliment as beautiful. Lovely bouquet of flowers.
Cute can also apply to a variety of objects,behaviors, or people, but merely means appealing, not necessarily attractive. For example, baby skunks are cute, I'm not sure I would say they were beautiful or lovely...
Having said that, beauty, loveliness, and cuteness are in the eye of the beholder. Cute often refers to things which are juvenile or youthful. A baby is cute. A baby bulldog is so ugly it becomes cute. What one person finds beautiful, may leave another person cold.

In a single sentence any word can be used, in multiple sentences, in paragraph, to avoid repeating of word one can be used for other.
