Well, this is always a favorite debate question over on the Catholic forums.
In Catholic teaching each and every act of marital intimacy must be open to the possibility of procreation and also unitive.
So, the short answer would be that it would be acceptable as foreplay as long as it led up to the real thing. It would also need to be something that both the husband and wife wanted to do together, something that would bring them closer. Incidentally, if they got a little carried away and the husband inadvertantly climaxed it would of course not be a sin since it was not intended.
If you are actually interested in learning more, I would suggest
Good News about Sex and Marriage by Christopher West or google "Theology of the Body".
Coincidentally I spent a couple of hours on the Catholic forum today putting together an argument in favor of oral sex to climax for the husband provided it was closely followed by actual intercourse. This goes against most theologians, but I think that there is enough grey area in the actual Church teaching that this could be considered. There is enough grey area that all of this is really just speculative theology, IMHO.

Oral sex, and other form of sex is considered a sin by catholic laws unless it's for the purpose of creating a new life. But if God really only want people to have sex to reproduction, then why did he make it feel sooo good. That's one sin I'll all have work out the god after death, cuz I'm sure as hell not stopping now.

Any kind of sexual intercourse without the specific reason of procreation behind it is considered a sin by the traditional catholic Church. Spilling of the seed is also a sinful act. Not a mortal sin but a sin nonetheless.

Judeo-Christian tradition has taught for thousands of years:
1. Single people should be celibate.
2. Married people should be faithful to each other (adultery is wrong).
The Catholic Church recognizes the power of sex when it teaches, "Sexuality affects all aspects of the human person in the unity of his body and soul."
Chastity means the successful integration of sexuality within the person. A chaste person's body and spirit lives in unity and opposes any behavior that would impair that unity.
The Catholic Church does not have an official stance which types of sex are allowable when a man and woman are married as long as it is consensual and done in moderation.
The purpose of sex is to bring a husband and wife closer and to create human life.
With love in Christ.

Christianity (that includes Catholicism) does NOT say that it is a sin to enjoy sex or each other's bodies. Haven't you read Song of Songs? Anyway, you're probably thinking of the story of Onan, who was punished for "spilling his seed" on the ground. Well he was not punished for the act itself... it was because he disobeyed God. God commanded him to impregnate his brother's wife (his brother had died.) Onan freaked at the last minute and spilled it on the ground so that she wouldn't get pregnant. That's why he was punished - not because he was enjoying sex without procreation.

All he has to do is marry me and I'll give him all he wants of anything he wants. I am submissive to his will as a catholic wife who loves her husband and is blessed by the union of two through GOD.......

I'm sure it's a sin for Catholics to enjoy sex at all. Head would be out of the question. But they could go to confession afterwards and be forgiven, then just turn around and do it again.
