Flirt, A LOT. Make lots of eye contact. Talk to him for no reason. Smile at him. Open your body language up, which means, don't cross your arms, don't slouch, stuff like that. You know, you could actually just tell him you like him, that works too. You might think you're shy about it, but some guys are even more shy than a girl to make the first move.

As a guy. Walk up to him, look him in the eyes and ask him on a date. If he chickens out- Keep trying. If he doesn't like you risk being humiliated. Guys are chickens half the time.

ask to hang out with him cause if he dont make the move then u should then when u hang out he will notice u more later on. go clubbing with him or something dress extra sexy and dance dirty with him and do your thing and believe me he will notice u if ur also hot then thats plus. if that don't work give him a u know wat.
