As a fat person I want to say. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!? I hate being fat! I hate it I hate it I hate it! Why would you purposely want to be like this. It is hard to get around. People stare! It is like all manners fly out the window when a fat person is around. I truly think you should think this through properly. Find pictures of fat people. Look closely at them. I realise being underweight makes you want to be overweight but think about it, it is easy for you to find clothing that fit? Not so for fat people! As a fat person you only have to put food near your mouth in public and people stare. You can see in their face "Oh my god she is eating! Who does she think she is? Stuffing her face like that." It is truly embarrassing to be huge. There's no healthy way to get fat.

I'm in the same boat as I'm underweight as well. I guess it's metabolism. Perhaps a trip to GNC could provide you with some info on some products that would help you gain weight. I'm sure they have weight gainers there, and if you exercise right, then perhaps that'll help you gain the weight you want. I'm sure you could build muscle that way as well but if you just exercise and not lift weights all the time, I think that would work for you.

Excersize is a good way to balance out your weight, and also maybe try to get 'fit', not nessissarily 'fat' (lol). Everybody knows that being fat has it's own set of problems. Just get more healthy, build up your strength and those muscles!

dude, i SOOO feel your pain!

you need to eat high carb/high protein foods and do some anaerobic exercises. eat frequently.

for exercises, weightlifting is good. but you have to do it in a certain way. you want to lift weight that is enough that you can do the exercises, but within a very brief period of time. like 5-7 repititions, and your muscles should be totally exhausted. then rest them. take a day off. do it again. repeat. eat within, like, a half hour of lifting. it will take time!!!

eat lots of carbs.

just out of curiousity, do you want to get FAT or just a healthy weight? because it's not healthy to be underweight OR overweight. you should ask a doctor about what your ideal weight should be.

Easy.
Recent study said that swimming or other water sports create high appetites after workout.
so, drink lots of milk and eat dairies (it's healthy), swim, and eat some more after swim (which will build muscle not fat)

Ice cream and milk and cereal! That's what I did. Now I want to lose weight. So be careful what you wish for.
