Great question! In theory, it sounds really good, a quick way to get all your calories in, but the fact is, it's not all calories and not the variety of things your body needs. Water is essential obviously, by consuming actual food you give your body more building material to work with, the fiber and protein shakes yes give you amount of everything you need, but nothing to use to build.

No! I'm telling from personal experience. All those fiber drinks, protein shakes and pills should be taken WITH a daily intake of food and drink. I did this (in my stupid days) and I lost a huge amount of weight when I was already thin to begin with! I ended up in hospital with a drip in my arm.

Nope. That's not healthy.
The healthiest thing you can do is it foods that are natural, organic and not processed. Those protein shakes have a bunch of stuff added to it.
The more man-made chemicals we put into our body the more likely it is that we'll develop diseases like cancer. Everything the human body needs is given to us from the earth. The less processed, the better :-)

no you wanna have a healthy balanced diet. too much of anything is not good. if that is the only thing that you are eating you would want to add some fruits, veges, foods from the five groups. yes you would be essentially getting what you need but you need more balance

fiber drinks and protein shakes are a good thing, but as for the centrum, find a vitamin that is pharmaceutical grade, they are hard to find but cost is the first indication that it is a good one

Depends if it's for a day, a week or a lifestyle choice.
Big difference!
Fresh stuff is the best thing for you. You are NOT getting everything you need - humans (& their cousins) eat mainly live (fresh) food, not a bunch of dead powder, water & rocks (vitamins).
;-)

NO WAY!! You need a certain amount of fats, and not all vitamins and minerals that you need can be gotten through pills... Real food is best :)

You'll wear out your colon with all that gas and insoluble fiber.
