Cuckold.
Husband of an unfaithful wife.
Men who feel inadequate yet enjoy watching their wives get off with other men.
Basically the man is a wimp and enjoys the idea of another man overpowering his sexy wife. Perhaps being drawn in, in some humiliating way.
It's a common theme in erotica.
Keep asking the same question, but go find some sites that are dedicated to sex fantasy for a better answer than here.

Transference...that's all it is.....you are not attracted to your colleagues, you are caught up in trying to please your man that you've taken his feelings and fantasies and transferred them to yourself......What you two are doing is not healthy....every once in awhile living or exploring a fantasy can be healthy, but what has happened is that the fantasy has replaced actual feelings and reality. The fantasy now has become a barrier between the two of you and is now becoming a wedge. Tell him how this makes you feel and slowly substitute actual love making and closeness, work on your communication.......Then get back w/me and let me know what's up.....And remember the problem is w/your husband he feels inadequate, his self-esteem is low and has a hard rationalizing that he is actually w/this beautiful woman. So it's not him that is making loving to you, again this is not healthy....

Let me make sure we got this right... He pretends to be one of your colleagues at work while making love to you?
And you are getting turned on by it.. And that makes your interest towards your real colleague grow.. Hmmmm
Simple solution.. Start fantasizing you are one of his colleagues.. But make sure you pick a fat and ugly one to portray..
I'll be he'll stop.. Quickly too.. hehe
But I think you don't want him to stop.. Seeing you getting turned on by it..
So.. Have an affair with the colleague he portrays the best and see if he lives up to your expectations.. lol
Or even better yet.. Go see a psychiatrist

a lot of people like doing the whole swinger thing, but if it were me i would try to keep the sex between me and my partner, and not thinking or being with someone else. to me it invites cheating and seems like a good way to grow apart.

What, what are you two on? Glue, this almost makes not sense, Either way why dont you invite some of these co-workers into your bed and everyone will get what they want.

Tell him. Duh. Tell him you are considering being unfaithful. Maybe he'll cut it out. Maybe he'll watch you like a hawk. Maybe he'll want a threesome.
