Transference...that's all it is.....you are not attracted to your colleagues, you are caught up in trying to please your man that you've taken his feelings and fantasies and transferred them to yourself......What you two are doing is not healthy....every once in awhile living or exploring a fantasy can be healthy, but what has happened is that the fantasy has replaced actual feelings and reality.
