first of all, Ms. Smith had a daughter not a son. secondly, calling a child a bastard is so old way of thinking. There are women who want a child, not a husband so they go to a sperm bank. Can't imagine her son commiting suicide in the hospital room because he was worried about money. Ms. Smith has plenty of resources to make lots of money and is, without the money from the old guy. Why don't you wait to hear what the medical examiner rules as cause of death before jumping to conclusions.

How do you know he committed suicide? Maybe it was an overdose or a bad stash of drugs.
Stuff happens and its never the kids fault.
