I can't help but respond to this. It's not piece, it's peace.
You wrote piece as in Yes, I think I will have another piece of cake.
breech if peace is, for example, if you have some friends over your house, and it's late, and you are all hanging around outside having some beers or whatever, and you are loud and a little rowdy, and your neighbors call the cops on you. they could charge you with breech of peace. Your conduct is getting in the way of other peoples right to enjoy a quiet evening.

Breach of peace -- commission of some violent crime, or some other crime that disrupts the community.
For example, under California law, the list includes: riot, lynching, group assault, public fighting/dueling, improperly discharging a firearm, disrupting a lawful public gathering, etc. See Cal. Penal Code (Title 11) §§ 403--421.

It means disturbing the peace, which means annoying neighbors with loud music, screaming at people on the sidewalk as you drive by, setting off cherry bombs in mailboxes, etc; etc.
