you may be able to do it if your parent signs a waiver. you should call some piercing shops and ask them

As far as I know, you can get one at any age as long as your parent or guardian goes with you. I'm sure that the pierc-er may deny piercing an infant or someone that young, but I think as long as your parent goes with you, you can get it. That could be a problem for you though, lol. 18 is how old you have to be without a parent.

Legally? Nowhere. There are places which will do it, in spite of the undeniable fact that it is not legal for them to. Wait it out till you're sixteen once you will get it with a father or mom/discern's consent. in case you nevertheless pick it then, you probably did not scar up your mouth for not something (and, oh particular.. lip piercings scar.)

You need to 18. You may be able to do it at 16 with a parent's permission though.

16 with a parent and ID! other than that bring your ID when your 18! some places will do it but if it gets infected they won't help you with anything! I've seen it happen to a couple girls!

Old enough to realize that its not only extremely painful (no eating food for a few days) and can cause permanent scarring, but can also lead to localized infections, catching Hepatitis B/C and HIV virus. Is it really worth going through all that?

isnt there someone at school who could do it 4 u?
theres a lot of people at my school who do it 4 free and a lot of my friends have gotten a piercing done but i live in los angeles so yea good luck on getting that piercing
