It will be very hard for a girl to accept someone once cheated her. But if the same girl was cheated later by another person and then she feels that you had apologized earlier you may get a chance again. It depends on her bad luck and also your apology now.

guys and dulls if any one cheats on you dump them.what you have to understand is that it takes a lot of effort to cheat once we get over the fear of being caught,the rest is gravy.
