Councilling is not scary at all. It is a session where you would tell your counseller your problems, and they will try their very best to comfort you and find a solution to your problems.

As a couselor and also a client, I can tell you it's scary as hell.
But the person with the pen and pad has also had to go through the same thing. It's part of the training, and most of us have taken advantage of our colleagues compassion and gift for silence.

It seemed like a waste when I was going but it did change my approach to problems so I noticed it's benefits much later.

No very helpful. Sometime there are life skills that we don't learn inside of a dysfunctional household, and are definately not taught in school.

Its really weird at first. I only went four times I couldn't get used to it. If you find someone you like and feel comfortable its worth it.

it is not bad the hard part at first is opening up to someone who doesn't know you or you them. But no matter what you say they don't judge and they listen good.
