my best friend told me that my boyfriend probably isn't big because he isn't very tall and has small feet......
but i guess he proved her wrong in that area......cuz he's much bigger than i thought he'd be.....
so does size of other body parts have anything to do with the size of the package?

There is no way to tell how big a guy is by any comparison either by physical traits and/or personality traits.
A guy can be 6'8" and confident and have a 5" pecker
A guy can be 5" and shy and have a 8 1/2" cock

You can't even tell if you see it unless it's hard. Some guys are small when soft and then it's like wow, how the hell did that thing grow so much.

no nothing has to do with that just how puberty went for the person. if he matured slowly then his package as you put it will be slowly growing . but if he matures fast and makes alot of testosterone then he will have a moderate package not to big not to small. but it has nothing to do with arms legs genetics feet none of that...
