I use Crest White Strips. Just the regular ones, not the super high potency bleach your brains out ones. And I use there Vivid White toothpaste. The strips make my teeth sensitive so I only use them once a day for 20 minutes. Not twice a day for 30 min each time. They work a little slower but I saw results the second day I used them.

I've had a lot of success with the Crest Whitning Strips. Although they don't whiten all your teeth, just the ones that are exposed when you smile. But it really works and I've never had any gum sensitivity problems like some of my friends have had with other dentist given stronger products.

The day before yesterday I tried the Oral B two hour whitening system and it worked...to a point. Long story short my teeth are kinda whiter and my gums still hurt. I think one should really go for the strips. The strips keep that crap from getting on the rest of your mouth and hurting.

Crest WhiteStrips work OK, but they are gooey and messy and often irritate your gums due to their shape and application.
Try GoSMILE. They have a website and you can get their TV promotion price all the time. They are easy to apply, it's almost like brushing your teeth with a cotton applicator. No gum irritation, no teeth sensitivity and best of all - GREAT results!
