1) Anyone can convert to Orthodox Judaism.
2) Anyone who is a Jewish male adult can become a rabbi, assuming fo course, they meet the requirements to be ordained.

Short answer; Yes
BUT;
Being Jewish (Orthodox) is extremely difficult. There is no need for you to do that. even from a Jewish point of view. ( we don't proselytize) You can enter Heaven and be accepted just by keeping the seven noahide laws.
1) Don't kill
2) Don't steal
3) Don't deny G'. No Idols or statue worship
4) No adultery incest or homosexual behavior (I don't mean tendencies. If you are so inclined and abstain you get extra brownie points)
5) Have a fair court system
6) Don't eat / tear limbs from a live animal
7)don't curse Him

Sure you can. I just finished converting recently,and now I am making Aliyah! (meaning I am permanately moving to Israel). It is not too bad of a process. Just be consistent. I hope you find what you are looking for! Dont give up or be discouraged. Find a Rabbi you really like and trust and go for it!
