I'm interested in a location in Kimberton, in Chester County PA, but don't seem to be able to find anything on the county internet sites.

I know there is some kind of sensus/ statistic tracker. Another possibility would be an auto insurance company, because your rates (where i live at least) are based on where you live compared to where the most accidents are, so they would probably know the most common accident prone corners. Not sure if they can give you a number or not but the information is avaliable for the public. Police deptartment would be the other option but they will only have the number that people have filed. Hope I helped a little! lol :)

I'd try the local Fire and Police Departments directly, unless it is a state or county road, then try the offices directly as opposed to the net. The information should be public record, but may not be stored on a website.
