Well, non-smokers would argue that comfort doesn't have much to do with it. It's about health, and the right to safe public places.
Smokers, on the other hand, are the new lepers of our society. Especially in Toronto, where there is no smoking anywhere - even outside!
So we could try the 'seperate but equal' thing like in the 50's - but that didn't work out so well.
Hmmm, good question. Tell me what you come up with.

well there should be an outside area with filters turned on like the smokegrabber ashtrays here wher I live and you are always down wind from other people walking or driving through and we have ashtrays installed even in the beach areas so if you wish to lite up do so and you don't inconvinience others as it is put here but hey I am a smoker and I do know my ettiqute when , where around whom and if I should lite up and smoke I have all types of filters and smoke detectors for safety .
pizzzz. I do it because I and only I choose too.
