no if your only 14 it is not ok! because you are still a kid! and 46 is way to old for a 14 year old! i mean 24 is too old for a 14 yr old too! you better not do anything with a guy that old or he could wind up in jail because it is against the law for anyone over the age of 18 to date anyone under the age of 18! in other words it is ileagal!!!!!! now there is nothing wrong with two adults dating a person older than themselves but it is wrong for a teenager to do it!!!!!!

No, because if you actually go all the way that's statutory rape on his part and well...frankly do I have to explain that?
Be 14 and have fun with people around your own age and don;t be in such a rush to have sex as, trust me, it'll be so mcuh better when you get older. When you turn 18 or whatever is the legal adult age, then go to town and pursue whomever you like.

To like them, is ok, but to have a intimate relationship, no. Their age gap is too far apart, and he might get arrested for having a boy/girl relationship with a minor.
