The italians have the mafia
The colombians are crazy
The middle east has crazy mofos
Every other culture has ruthlessness except the white Americans.

Well what are we, ruthlessness cowards, or tyrannical bullies? It is all opinionated. The great thing about America is that you are allowed to have an opinion. People like you are allowed to make your ignorant, stereotypical, worthy of the degenerative cesspool remarks and not be punished unlike your "courageous" countries. It isn't a matter of race but rather, the principles upon which this country was founded. Secondly, we are less ruthless because we are in a lot less deperate situation.
There is a direct coralation between desperaton and ruthlessness.

Americans have plenty of courage... and can be as ruthless as the situation requires....
but, Americans are trying to set an example for the ignorant heathens of the world... an example the ignorant seem to be unable to learn.

We're civilized and try to settle issues in a civilized manner. If we can't get it done by enforcing our laws, you will get a rude awakening. Although we are civilized we are not pushovers, pansy-a$$es, or weaklings either. Remember the Mexican-American War? We won't mind giving you a refresher course on it.
