wearing shoes that dont fit, the friction of your toe rubbing on your shoe is causing a corn. Try soaking them in hot water then filling the corn off, or go to a drugstore and see what cream they have for corn removal. Buy bigger shoes!!!

wearing shoes that are too tight around the area! when you walk the shoe will rub the toe! one way is get a corn remover with the liquid and/or a pad with the medicine in it! Or if that doesn't work you will need a doctor to do it! they will take the corn off and make an incision and cut down the bone under the corn! they will seal it up and no more corn!

Feet in tight shoes. Toe rubbing against the side of the shoe. I recommend Dr. Scholl's corn protectors, they really ease the discomfort for immediate temporary solution.
Long Term: Make an appt. with a Podiatrist, they can remove it and ease your pain.
Take care!

They are caused by wearing shoes that are too tight for your feet, or high heels that puts pressure on the spot that develops the corns.
Dr. Scholl's has products for corn removals. A better choice is to go to a podiatrist who will excise it, pad it, and advise you how to change your footwear.

Tight shoes, You can get rid of them by soaking your feet in warm water and using a Pumis Stone on them. Let your feet breathe.

.I have always been told, it's from wearing shoes to tight, or to small for your feet. Also socks to tight on feet. There are several good things out by Dr. Scholls.

think of corns as callouses that have no room to go 'out', so the go 'in'. Basically they are ingrown callouses
