Mr. Francis Fritz ~
In my opinion, Marco will surely seek out a rematch with Manny, reason being he has to define his legacy with that fight. Marco is the purest example of the Mexican mentality when it comes to fighting "If you beat me, we'll do it again, until I win"
Pacquiao should beat Morales in their upcoming fight if Eric decides to stand there and trade with him. Morales has been in two many wars and it has definitely taken it's toll on his body. Barrera should beat a very good but a little outmatched Juarez in their upcoming rematch. So this sets up the rematch of Barrera vs Pacquiao.
Barrera has put some of the blame of him losing on having to stop training camp and move his camp to Mexico because of the Forrest fires in Big Bear. This time there will be no excuses, he will be properly trained and the best fighter will win, I'm going to go with Barrera, reason being, he has proven he can change his style to beat his foe, Pacquiao can only fight one way, he has to come forward he can not fight go backwards. We'll see. Thanks for the great question Francis Fritz.

Nope. I wouldn't want to fight him. Pacquiao is a much more complete fighter than when he fought Barrera in Nov. 2003. He's knocked out Morales which Barrera couldn't do. If they fought, he'd be beaten and beaten badly.

That's the reason why Barrera avoided him for years and not seek a rematch.

Win or lose, Barrera's future Hall of Fame status is already embedded in stone. It's the fight boxing fans want to see and would certainly mean a huge paycheck for him going into retirement. Now, if only he can convince himself that he has a chance to win... ; )

From a financial standpoint, it's probably a good move. From a boxing standpoint, I think Pac Man is too young and too strong. Barerra isn't exactly a one punch KO kind of guy, so its hard for me to see him "getting lucky" against a guy who sure seems to have his number...
